Pastry Chef

For many years i have wanted to be a pastry chef. There are many reasons behind this. First of all i want a job that i don't have to dread going to. I like to cook food and especially sweets. My main skill is cooking. I also like the way that you have to stay ion your toes when you cook. Every minute you have something to do. Another reason i want to be a pastry is because I LOVE FOOD!! That is the thing that keeps me going. I have tried to apply at the bakery.......but still no answers. Well, you never know huh? Maybe they don't want a 15 year old handling a stove. Well, what matters is what i think about myself..... i think i could be the best.
